The Word Teaches respects each individual’s right to personal
privacy. We will collect and use
information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement.
This statement applies solely to information collected at The Word
Teaches and The Word Podcast Web sites.

Information Collection
The Word Teaches and The Word Podcast collects information through our
Web site at several points. We
collect the following information: General geographic location (it is exciting
to see the global reach of these sites), Keyword used in search engine (this
helps me do a better job in selecting keywords), and some general stats such
as length of stay. There is absolutely no personally identifiable information
collected in any of the site stats.
We may also collect any information that is
volentarally given to us in any entry form on the site, such as a contact me
form or a survey form or information sent via email. We will not sell or, trade, this
information. I do however, reserve the right to read your email on
the podcast or to post your email on The Word Teaches website or give your
email to a missionary for use as an illustration. The
Word Teaches and The Word Podcast does not actively market to children, and we
never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.
Part II. Information
Usage.
The demographic information collected by The Word Teaches and The
Word Podcast will be used to make better decisions for marketing, keyword
choice, and content placement. Other information such as surveys,
emails, and responce forms, will be used for content in the podcast or the
website. Users who provide
information will not receive email announcements or advertisements unless they
specify that they want to opt-in.
The
information we collect will not be used to create customer profiles based on
browsing or purchasing history. We
will not supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other
sources such as credit history to authorize purchases.
We may share data with the following third
parties: including shipping companies, credit card companies, and so on.
The only reason for this is if you buy something it will be necasary to ship
it and collect the money.
We
offer links to other Web sites. Please
note: When you click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read
their privacy policies. Their
standards may differ from ours.
